Description
ADLINK's ExpressCard-to-PXI/CompactPCI extpansion kit allows you to control PXI/CompactPCI modules installed in PXI/CompactPCI chassis using the ExpressCard slot in your laptop computer. ExpressCard technology leverages the features of PCI Express bus but in a small form factor for laptop computer usage. With comprehensive hardware and software transparency, the expansion kit enables fast and convenient detection of any installed PXI/CompactPCI cards in a PXI chassis, without requiring additional drivers or software installation. The EC-8560 and PXI-8565 are connected by a shielded twisted copper cable of up to 7 meters in length for remote operating convenience. Supporting the ExpressCard interface, the ExpressCard-to-PXI/CompactPCI extension kit provides laptop users great portability and convenience for remote control and measurements.
